Overview

Each Professional Advisory Board with the Bureau of the National Council Board is responsible for setting, maintaining and applying fair standards of professional conduct and practice. This includes conducting inquiries where warranted, based on complaints lodged by patients against professionals registered with RAHPC. Without exception, such inquiries are conducted in accordance with legal principles so as to ensure fairness to all concerned parties.

Members of the public may also pursue avenues of civil litigation, independently of complaints lodged with Council.
