Eligibility Criteria for the Registry Exam (RE)-General

To be eligible for the RE, the applicant must meet the following criteria:

  1. Possess a recognised academic qualification from an accredited programme in the relevant discipline of Health Professions from an acrredited institution

  2. The entry requirement for the professional course must be A-Level or equivalent with prescribed combination for health professions

  3. Have been registered or indexed in the concerned discipline by the Council.

 Specific requirements

Candidates sitting the registry exam for the first time shall submit the following:

  1. Academic qualification (Degree or Diploma certificate)
  2. Proof of payment of the examination fee
  3. ID copy
  4. Student registration Certificate or any other relevant document issued by the Council

 Candidates are encouraged to "Register online" through http://www.rahpc.org.rw/registration/exam

 Attach a Bank Slip in a picture format (jpeg) and other documents in a single (one) PDF Document:

 

Candidates who are re-sitting for the Registry Exams shall submit the following:

  1. Academic qualification (Degree or Diploma certificate)
  2. Proof of payment of the examination fee
  3. ID copy
  4.  Student registration Certificate or any other relevant document issued by RAHPC.
  5. Reception copy of the letter requesting for internship
  6. Approval letter for internship
  7. Report of the internship approved by the health facility
  8. Copy of recommendation letter from RAHPC to start the internship ( This recommendation is collected at the Council immediately after the publication of results)

Candidates are encouraged to "Register online" through http://www.rahpc.org.rw/registration/exam

NOTE: Ordinary sessions for registry assessment are scheduled twice a year: March Session and September Session.
